What is Scheduler by Zapier?

Scheduler by Zapier is a tool that incorporates time into your Zaps. Like many other marketing methods, time is a valuable factor in your automations. Whether you are queuing up a daily digest, scheduling posts on your socials, or trigger a data migration, Scheduler by Zapier gives you plenty of options to take advantage of timely marketing. Seconds, Days, Hours, Months, etc. Rather than starting a basic automation yourself each day, trust in the Scheduler to take care of it.

Setting Up a Zap with Scheduler

1. Choose Scheduler as your Trigger Event

Choose your event based on the time you'd like to schedule your automation. Every day, hour, month, or week.

2. Dictate the Scheduler's Constraints

Based on your timeframe, choose the constraints of your scheduler. Choose the time of day or select the amount of time in the future you would like to schedule your task. Select continue.

3. Test your Scheduler Trigger

Test to make sure your Scheduler is working. If so, add your action. Like anything in Zapier, you can add basically any app as an action. See the examples at the bottom of this post for some ideas.
